🎙️ Solo Spotlight
Your song, your moment. Pick the one you have been humming all week and give it everything.
A just-for-fun karaoke group — old favourites, new laughs, zero stage fright.
We are simply a circle of friends from Naperville who love getting together — and every get-together of ours seems to turn into an evening of songs. One friend puts on a favourite, someone else picks up the chorus, a plate of something delicious gets passed around the table, and before long the whole room is singing. That is Swardhamaal: songs we grew up with, good food shared with people we love, and great music that pulls everyone in.
No stage, no competition, and nobody counting mistakes — just friendship, full plates and fuller hearts. A melody from the sixties sits happily next to a brand-new hit, a Hindi classic hands over to a Tamil or Telugu favourite, and an English evergreen brings the house down. Like the garland in our name — a maala of swar, note after note — it is the coming together that makes it beautiful. Sing, laugh, eat, repeat.

Songs stream on YouTube — Swardhamaal does not host downloads, so every play supports the artists and uploaders.
A soft, familiar melody to loosen up the voices — and the laughter.
Everyone's favourite takes a turn at the microphone.
Pairs, harmonies, and the occasional heroic high note.
Letter to letter, song to song, until the room is in stitches.

Spin for a letter, then sing a song that starts with it. House rule: humming the tune until someone names it is absolutely allowed.
This corner is waiting for the group's own photos — the microphones, the laughter, the finale poses. Send your favourites and they will live here.
No — it is a group of friends in Naperville who sing purely for the joy of it. No tickets, no stage, no pressure.

Not at all. The only qualification is loving a song. Choruses are big, friendly and very forgiving.
A musical chain game: sing a song, and the next song must start with the last letter (sound) of the previous one. Try the spinner above.
